| Delivery and Returns Methods |

Delivery Methods Our normal delivery method will be via Royal Mail Services on business contract. 'Standard Delivery' has proof of postage in place. 'Recorded & Special Delivery' are both fully trackable services - so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to follow-up and resolve this. With both Recorded & Special Delivery options a signature is required on all deliveries made. In the case of larger parcels the method used is will be courier services - we utilise a number of different courier options dependant on product type, location & time of ordering. In all cases with courier delivery options a signature is required on receipt. In the case of all deliveries it is necessary for us to pass on your delivery address details to the courier handling the delivery, in some cases a contact telephone number may also be supplied.
Delivery UK Standard Delivery will normally be 3 to 5 working days - after confirmed receipt of your order. We would advise all our customers to allow a up to 10 working days for receipt of goods - after order confirmation - to avoid disappointment. Special Delivery will normally be up to 2 working days after order confirmation. This method offers a faster delivery time-span. Courier Delivery will normally be 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation. This method offers our fastest delivery time-span. Overseas Delivery normally 10 to 20 working days - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of order.

NB: Should we be unable to meet our agreed delivery date - we will contact you 24 hours before to agree an alternative. Should this be unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order without any charge or further obligation.
Please note, all orders for in stock items received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and despached the same day. Orders received after 3pm may not be processed until the following day.
Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request & contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask us for more information, before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. We guarantee to respond to your enquiry and let you know - we never leave our customers in the dark! Email us at: enquiries@party-tracker.co.uk Should you wish to cancel your order or return a product - you should contact us within seven (7) working days after receipt, to identify this to us. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by Telephone, Email, Fax or in writing. It is not necessary for you to furnish us with a reason for your return - although, this is in many cases, helpful information for future customers and product development and you will therefore be asked reason for return when appropriate. You will then be issued with an authorised returns number which should be used when returning your product. Any item returned must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Returns Postage Costs - if an item is returned for refund, all postage costs for sending the product to you & any costs incurred in returning the product back to us would normally remain payable by you. - these costs are not covered in any subsequent refund. Once your return is received back with us (within the seven day period) this will be processed via our 'Returns Inspection Team' . Returns are normally dealt with and resolved within 7 days of receipt of goods, but at busy periods such as Halloween & Christmas we would recommend you allow up to 28 days.
