MATERIALS NEEDED

• Soft rubber balls or small beach balls

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assemble two teams and designate one as the Offence and the other as the Defence
2. Position the teams at opposite ends of the "shallow" part of the pool. 
3. Appoint a referee with a stop watch on deck to be the leader
4. The offence team tries to hit the defence players
5. After throwing a ball an offence team member can retrieve balls, but he must return to the starting position before throwing again
6. Defensive players must get out of the pool when hit
7. After all the defence players have been hit, the referee notes the elapsed time and the teams change roles
8. The team that stays in the water the longest before being hit is the winner
